Rose Kennedy Greenway

Stretching through the heart of downtown Boston, the Rose Kennedy Greenway is a vibrant 17-acre urban park that connects neighborhoods including Chinatown, the Financial District, the Waterfront, and the North End. Built atop Boston's historic highway tunnel system, the Greenway features beautifully landscaped gardens, fountains, plazas, public art, and inviting gathering spaces.

Throughout the year, the Greenway Conservancy brings the park to life with fitness classes, food trucks, beer gardens, concerts, and seasonal events. Named in honor of Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy, a North End native and matriarch of the Kennedy family, the Greenway offers a unique blend of recreation, culture, and community in the heart of the city.
