More than a Boston gym, Wave Health & Fitness represents a transformation of the modern workout experience. Wave offers an indoor heated pool, steam rooms, high-energy exercise and yoga classes, state-of-the-art Cybex cardio and strength training equipment, free weights and certified personal trainers.
Wave is a synergy of body fitness and health, targeting each guest's needs with the support of skilled trainers, class instruction and nutrition and wellness coaching. Guests who want to work out in privacy can call Guest Services to have a Fitness2U! kit delivered to their room, featuring a 5-pound dumbbell set, 3 Versa exercise tubes, and a yoga mat. Wave's YouTube channel offers an exercise video that gets you moving. After a great workout, enjoy a healing massage or relax in the steam room.

Members will be allowed access to Wave from 5:30 am onward, Monday - Friday, with their membership card.
Wave's indoor pool is open to hotel guests and reservations must be made at check-in. Time slots are limited and are on a first-come-first-serve basis however, we have expanded pool capacity. The current pool hours, effective July 17th:
