Wave Health & Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes that keep you motivated with challenging workouts and group synergy. Take a look at our schedule of group fitness classes designed to help get you in shape and stay inspired. Classes are 30 minutes unless noted:
Monday 7:15 Full Body HIIT
Monday 12:15 Full Body HIIT
Tuesday 10:00 Water Aerobics (60 Mins)
Wednesday 7:15 Full Body HIIT
Wednesday 12:15 Full Body HIIT
Thursday 10:00 Water Aerobics (60 Mins)
Friday 11:00 Stretch & Meditate (45 Mins)
Friday noon Sculpt Yoga (45 Mins)
Classes are free for members and $25 per class for non-members. Members, please register by logging into the Empower M.E. portal. Otherwise guests may register for classes by emailing Michael Anderson, Wave Manager.
Personal Training sessions are available in 30 and 60 minute intervals. For more information on personal training, please contact Michael Anderson.
Assisted Stretching sessions are also available in 20 minute intervals. For more information, please contact Michael Anderson.
