  • What restaurants are open at the Seaport Hotel?

    The Seaport Café serves breakfast and lunch daily.  TAMO Bistro + Bar is now open daily for dinner and Aura restaurant is open daily for breakfast.  Please visit our dining page for more information.
  • Is the Seaport Garage open?

    The Seaport Garage has remained open and continues to be open for visitors and guests. The Garage offers touchless entry for added convenience and safety.  Please visit our Rates and Parking information page for more details.  Valet parking is also available.
  • What is there to see & do in Boston this winter?

    Yes, there are plenty of things to see & do in Boston this winter! The Freedom Trail is open for exploring, as is the Boston Harborwalk, which is adjacent to the Seaport Hotel. The Rose Kennedy Greenway is a short walk from the hotel.  Right in our neighborhood, the Boston Children's Museum, the Institute of Contemporary Art and the New England Aquarium are all open. The neighborhood offers a variety of fun activities including Puttshack, Flight Club and Spin Boston.  

     

  • Am I able to check in early?

    While we cannot guarantee your room or suite will be ready for an early arrival, if you arrive prior to 3pm and a room is available, we will be happy to check you in. If we do not have room ready upon your arrival, please note you are welcome to store you luggage with us.
  • Is the Seaport Hotel pet friendly?

    Yes. The Seaport is a pet-friendly hotel and we welcome pets under 25 lbs. Our rooms are spacious and there are plenty of walking areas and parks right outside. There is a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee required at check-in as well as a pet policy waiver. For more information, contact us directly at 617-385-4000.

  • Can I request a rollaway bed or microwave to be put in my room prior to arrival?

    Yes, rollaway beds and microwaves are complimentary upon request on a first-come-first-served basis. We are unable to place rollaway beds in our Deluxe and Premier rooms with 2 double beds.
  • Do you offer incoming and outgoing shipping services at the hotel?

    Yes, we are happy to accept any outgoing FedEx or UPS packages for hotel guests. Should you wish to have something shipped to you at the hotel the best shipping address is:

  • Does the hotel offer laundry service?

    Please be advised that the hotel is not currently offering laundry service. 
  • Are bike rentals available?

    We do offer complimentary bikes in season and helmets for guests of the hotel on a first come first serve basis. We also have a Bluebikes Station conveniently located just steps from the hotel entrance on Congress Street.
  • Do you have wheelchairs available for guest use?

    We would be happy to put you in contact with a number of companies that rent wheelchairs that can be delivered to the hotel prior to your arrival. Please contact the Concierge at 617-385-4500 for more information.
  • Does the Seaport Hotel offer babysitting services?

    The Seaport Hotel does not provide babysitting services however, we can provide you with information on local babysitting companies we trust. We also offer Seaport's First Mate's Club with activities and games for kids.
  • Do any Boston trolley tours stop close to the hotel? 

    Yes. You’ll find several Boston trolley tours and the Old Town Trolley right near the Seaport Hotel. You can be picked up right in our Seaport District neighborhood at the nearby Fish Pier.
  • Do you offer money exchange?

    Yes, the Seaport Hotel offers currency exchange for both Euros and Canadian Dollars in the lobby for the convenience of our international guests.
  • Is the hotel near public transportation?

    The MBTA Silver Line station is located on-site, adjacent to the hotel, and provides service from the WTC Station to Boston Logan International Airport terminals every 10 minutes during the weekday and every 15 minutes during the weekend.
  • What is Boston like?

    Boston is a vibrant modern and historic city, with diverse neighborhoods, incredible attractions, museums, parks, shopping, food, and culture.  There is so much to enjoy in Boston, from the Seaport District to Freedom Trail to the Harborwalk.
  • Where is the best place to stay in Boston with kids?

    Boston is a family friendly city and the Seaport Hotel is the perfect place to stay with kids. With its warm New England personality and perfect location in the Seaport District, the hotel offers home inspired rooms and suites where families can relax and enjoy harbor and city views. Our family friendly hotel also offers the unique First Mate’s Club with fun activities, games and learning experiences for kids. Seaport Hotel is within walking distance of the Boston Harborwalk, Boston Children’s Museum, and the New England Aquarium.
  • What is there to do at the Seaport in Boston?

    The Boston Seaport District is the city’s playground, between the waterfront and historic Fort Point. The Seaport is the place for shopping, dining, arts and culture, nightlife, entertainment and sightseeing along the waterfront. Discover Boston’s vibrant food and drink scene, scenic parks, art galleries, clubs, museums and attractions like The Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston (ICA) and the Boston Children’s Museum.  The neighborhood offers a variety of fun activities including Puttshack, Flight Club and Spin Boston.  
  • What food is Boston known for?

    A true foodie town, Boston is best known for its baked beans. But the coastal city is loved for its seafood - from lobster rolls and New England clam chowder to steamed clams and fish and chips. The city is also known for its Boston Cream Pie and the famous Fenway Frank. There’s also a bit of a rivalry over the best cannoli in Boston. Some locals say Mike’s Pastry and some say Modern Pastry. 
  • Where can I shop in Boston?

    Boston is a lively shopping destination dotted with fashionable and funky neighborhoods, malls, and districts. The best places to shop in Boston are:
    • Seaport District - Waterfront district with trendy stores, art galleries and museums; this winter, be sure to visit Snowport, a seasonal holiday market
    • Newbury Street - fashionable street with upscale designer stores and boutiques
    • Faneuil Hall Marketplace - national and local stores, boutiques, and restaurants
    • Prudential Center & Copley Place - two malls connected by a skywalk with high-end department stores
    • Downtown Crossing - downtown shopping district with Macy’s and The Corner Mall

  • What are the best things to do in Boston this weekend?

  • Do you offer shuttle service to and from the Boston Logan International Airport?

    We do not offer shuttle service from Boston Logan
    International Airport, however, you MBTA Silver Line goes to Logan Airport and
    we have an on-site station.  Service is complimentary from the airport and
    it picks up at every terminal outside of baggage claim. Return service to the
    airport is available via the Silver Line as well. Please see the MBTA for
    current schedules and fares.

  • What has the Seaport Hotel done to support the community during the COVID-19 pandemic?

    The Seaport Hotel offered its support to Partners HealthCare medical professionals by making hotel rooms available free of charge as they treated members of our community who had COVID-19.  In addition, the outbreak brought an increase in food insecurity in Boston and the surrounding communities.  The Seaport Hotel team collaborated with the Greater Boston Food Bank to create almost 37,000 meals, which were distributed to local residents.  We are proud of the work we accomplished and in keeping with our mission and values, we continue to play a vital role in the Greater Boston community.
  • Is there a minimum age to check into the hotel?

    Guests must be 21 years old to reserve a Seaport Hotel guest room. 
  • How much is parking in the Seaport Garage?

    Overnight hotel guests may self-park for $39; valet is $52.  Overnight parking includes unlimited exit and entry privileges.  For hourly rates, please visit our Transportation page.
  • Is the Seaport Hotel pool staffed with a lifeguard?

    The pool, located within Wave Health & Fitness, is not staffed with a lifeguard.  Guests are encouraged to not swim alone.  
  • Does the hotel offer electric vehicle charging stations in the Seaport Garage?

    Yes - electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for guests and are located in the Seaport Garage.  Plus, guests staying overnight who are driving a hybrid or electric vehicle receive a night of complimentary valet parking.  Pull right up to the front door!
  • Is wireless free?

    Yes, wireless at the Seaport Hotel is complimentary to guests - please click on "Seaport Legacy" to connect.
  • Is the Seaport Hotel a good place to stay for a college graduation?

    Yes, the Seaport Hotel is convenient to numerous college campuses in Boston and Cambridge.  In addition, a handful of colleges and universities hold their graduation ceremonies at the adjacent Leader Bank Pavilion, making the Seaport Hotel the ideal place to stay.
