  • Is the Seaport Hotel pet friendly?

    Yes. The Seaport Hotel is pet friendly with designated rooms on three floors for pets less than 25 pounds. The hotel offers pet friendly accommodations with bowls and toys and outdoor grassy areas for walks on leash. We charge a $100 cleaning fee per room.

    The Seaport Hotel features Wave Health and Fitness with a heated indoor swimming pool. Guests must sign up for a designate time slot once checked in and reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis.

    The Seaport Hotel offers Wave Health and Fitness for a total body workout. Our state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center in Boston’s Seaport District features a gym with cardio and weight training equipment, personal trainers, fitness and yoga classes, nutrition coaching, and indoor heated pool and steam rooms. 
  • Where can I park at the Seaport Hotel?

    The Seaport hotel offers parking in the 2,300 space Seaport Garage to all guests for a nightly fee. The underground parking garage is accessible from Seaport Blvd., B, D and Congress streets.
  • How old do I have to be to check-in to the Seaport Hotel?

    Minimum check-in age is 21. Validated with a picture ID upon check-in.

    Located in the Boston’s Seaport District, our hotel is within walking distance to many popular attractions and things to do, including:

    At this time, the Seaport Garage is the best option for self-parking; guests may take an elevator directly to the main lobby. Unfortunately we are not currently offering valet services.
  • What are the F&B options? / Is In-Room Dining operating?

    The Seaport Cafe is now open from 6 am - 1 pm, Monday - Friday and 6:30 am - noon, Saturday & Sunday.

    TAMO Bistro + Bar and TAMO Terrace is now open:
    Sunday - Thursday, 5 - 10:30 pm (kitchen closes at 10; last call at 10:15 pm)
    Friday & Saturday, 5 - 11 pm (kitchen closes at 10:30; last call at 10:45 pm)

    Aura restaurant is now open 7 - 11:30 am daily for a la carte breakfast (please note, the buffet is not currently offered).

    Please note, In-Room Dining isn't operational at this time but TAMO's complete menu is available TO GO.
