World Ocean School Aboard the Denis Sullivan
Local non-profit, the World Ocean School, via the 137' schooner Denis Sullivan, provides engaging and hands-on programs at sea which empowers students from a variety of backgrounds, providing a platform where they feel strong and appreciated and which motivates them to be engaged community members. A replica three-masted, wooden, gaff rigged schooner originally from Milwaukee, the Denis Sullivan offers 2 hour harbor cruises throughout the summer that are open to the public.

Please give the World Ocean School team a call to see if they can accommodate your needs. They can provide assistance with boarding and disembarking but they would like to learn more to confirm that guests will be comfortable onboard.
There is no required dress for sunset sails. The crew recommends wearing comfortable shoes, as the deck sometimes shifts during the sail and guests will have the option to assist crew in raising sails.
