Institute of Contemporary Art Boston - One of the Oldest Art Museums in the Country

  • Is there parking at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston? 

    While the Institute of Contemporary Arts does not have a parking garage or lot, there is paid parking all around the Boston waterfront. The closest paid parking spaces are at LAZ Parking on 391 Congress Street, LAZ Parking on 25 Northern Avenue and Pilgrim Parking at One Marina Park Drive Garage.  The ICA recommends that visitors take public transportation. Guests of the Seaport Hotel can easily walk here.
  • When is the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston free?

    Admission to the ICA Boston is free every Thursday night from 5PM to 9 PM during ICA Free Thursday Nights. Also, on the first Friday of every month, the ICA is free to First Fridays ticket holders only from 5PM to 9 PM and includes gallery access.
