We are thrilled to welcome everyone back to our hotel and we hope this finds you in good health.  Over the past two years, our commitment to your safety has always been our highest priority and even with eased restrictions, we remain committed to your well-being.  We will continue with our diligent, award-winning cleaning efforts throughout the hotel, and to ease your mind, there are a few things we would like you to know about your Seaport visit:

Hospital-grade UVc lighting has been installed in our air ducts to purify the air;
Seaport's enhanced cleaning schedule remains in place.  This includes all public areas including doorknobs, door frames, handles & railings, elevators and other common touch points every hour;
All cleaning products have been approved by the CDC;
Masks are available at the Front Desk for guests who choose to wear them;
Wipes and phone sanitizers are available in the guest rooms;
Touchless hand sanitization dispensers have been added to high traffic areas for both guests and team members. This includes the Front and Concierge Desks in the main lobby and entrances to all meeting rooms and restaurants;
Hand sanitizer has been placed in each meeting room;
Housekeeping maintains cleaning logs for all work completed.

Please be advised that the City of Boston has lifted both the proof of vaccination requirement as well as the indoor mask mandate.  

Seaport Team Members: Every team member has been trained on enhanced hygiene and safety protocols.
 
CDC Approved Cleaning: The hotel's schedule of cleaning and sanitizing has been enhanced upon re-opening and will continue moving forward.  All cleaning products have been CDC approved.
 
Physical Distancing:  Guests may still notice social distancing markers as a reminder to provide space for others. 
 
Guest Arrival
  • A warm welcome at every turn;
  • Self-parking is available in the Seaport Garage and valet parking has returned;
  • If you are ill or have flu like symptoms, please do not attempt to check in.
 
In Room Experience
  • Every guest room has been expertly cleaned and sanitized, over and above our AAA award-winning standards;
  • The TV remote has been sanitized by an in-room UVc lightbox, available for guest use;
  • Personalized package of sanitization wipes and personal sized bottle of hand sanitizer are in each guest room;
  • For in-room-dining, there is only self pick-up; call ext. 4315 to order from our TAMO Bistro + Bar menu.
 
Wave Health & Fitness
  • Wave Health & Fitness is now OPEN;
  • The pool at Wave is OPEN to guests as well.

  • Open daily for breakfast and lunch for hotel guests and the public;
  • Hours: 6 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday and 6:30 am - 1 pm, Saturday & Sunday;
  • A limited selection of beer and wine is available;
  • Place orders and pick up at the Seaport Café.

Aura Restaurant

  • Open daily for breakfast for hotel guests and the public;
  • Hours: 7 - 11:30 am, daily;
  • Please note, the breakfast buffet is available on Saturday and Sunday; a la carte breakfast is available on weekdays.
TAMO Bistro + Bar
  • TAMO Bistro + Bar is open:
    Sunday - Thursday, 4 pm - 11 pm (Kitchen open 5 pm - 10 pm; last call, 10:45 pm)
    Friday & Saturday, 4 pm - midnight (Kitchen open 5 pm - 10:30 pm; last call, 11:45 pm)

    A TAMO To Go menu is available Sunday - Thursday until 10 pm; Friday & Saturday until 10:30 pm.

    No, the City of Boston has lifted the indoor mask mandate.  Guests and team members are welcomed to wear masks if it makes them more comfortable.

    We are currently offering convenient self-parking in the Seaport Garage, directly beneath the hotel. We would suggest parking as close to Row G or H on any level to easily access the elevators to the lobby.  Valet parking is also now available.

    The Seaport Café is currently open daily and Aura restaurant offers breakfast daily as well.

    Yes, Wave Health & Fitness has reopened and the pool continues to be open.  Wave's hours:
    Monday -  Thursday from 6 am - 9 pm
    Friday from 6 am - 10 pm
    Saturday from 7 am - 10 pm
    Sunday from 7 am - 8 pm
    Members will be allowed access to Wave from 5:30 am onward, Monday - Friday, with their membership card.

    Wave's indoor pool is open to hotel guests and members.  The current pool hours:

    Monday - Thursday        8 am - 9 pm
    Friday                              8 am - 10 pm
    Saturday                          7 am - 10 pm
    Sunday                            7 am - 8 pm

    Wave hosts a water aerobics class from 10 am - 11 am on Tuesday and Thursday and the pool is closed for general swimming at that time.

    • Seaport has implemented new standards and service approach to buffets, banquets and catering service;
    • Menus have been redesigned to serve a variety of both boxed meals, individually wrapped “ to go” options and creative bento boxes for each meal period;
    • Options include served meals and served stations that allow for individual small plates;
    • Utensils are individually wrapped and condiments are all individually presented to guests;
    • Coffee stations are manned or served tableside for seated guests;
    • Seaport’s service staff follows the strictest guidelines of serving as they do in our restaurants.
