We are thrilled to welcome everyone back to our hotel and we hope this note finds you in good health.  The safety and well-being of our guests has always been the highest priority.  Our team is prepared to greet you and provide the warm welcoming service you have come to expect of us. 

A few of the things we want you to know:

Some of our team members, especially those who are unvaccinated, may continue to wear masks;
We would ask that non-vaccinated guests continue to wear masks;
You may notice social distancing markers as a reminder to provide space for others;
Out of an abundance of caution, as some of our younger guests are unable to be vaccinated, we will continue with our pool protocols and reservations will be required at check-in;
Seaport's enhanced cleaning schedule and other Safe Stay protocols will remain in place;
We ask that  as we slowly restore our services and offerings, we ask for your patience.  We are eager to continue providing the warm, quality service you have come to know and appreciate.

General Health & Safety

 

Vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks although non-vaccinated guests will need to.  

 
Seaport Team Members: Similarly, team members who are Every team member has been trained on enhanced hygiene and safety protocols.
 
CDC Approved Cleaning: The hotel's schedule of cleaning and sanitizing has been enhanced upon re-opening and will continue moving forward.  All cleaning products have been CDC approved.
 
Physical Distancing:  Guests may still notice social distancing markers as a reminder to provide space for others. 
 
Guest Arrival
  • A warm welcome at every turn;
  • Self-parking is available in the Seaport Garage as valet services remain temporarily suspended;
  • If you are ill or have flu like symptoms, please do not attempt to check in.
 
In Room Experience
  • Every guest room has been expertly cleaned and sanitized, over and above our AAA award-winning standards;
  • The TV remote has been sanitized by an in-room UVc lightbox, available for guest use;
  • Personalized package of sanitization wipes and personal sized bottle of hand sanitizer are in each guest room;
  • PURE Allergy-Friendly rooms contain an in-room HEPA filter;
  • For in-room-dining, there is only self pick-up; call ext. 4315 to order from our TAMO Bistro + Bar menu.
 
Wave Health & Fitness
  • Wave Health & Fitness is now OPEN;
  • The pool at Wave is OPEN to guests; please make a reservation to swim. At check-in, you may reserve the time you prefer.
 
Seaport Garage
  • Garage entry is a touchless process to ensure added safety.
Dining at Seaport
Seaport Café
  • Open daily for breakfast and lunch for hotel guests and the public;
  • Hours: 6:30 am - 1 pm the Café will close at noon on Saturdays and Sundays;
  • A limited selection of beer and wine is available;
  • Place orders and pick up at the Seaport Café.

Aura Restaurant

  • Open daily for breakfast for hotel guests and the public;
  • Hours: 7 - 11:30 am daily
  • Please note, a la carte breakfast only; the buffet is not currently being offered.
TAMO Bistro + Bar
  • TAMO Bistro + Bar is open:
    Sunday - Thursday, 5 - 10:30 pm (kitchen closes at 10; last call at 10:15 pm)
    Friday & Saturday, 5 - 11 pm (kitchen closes at 10:30; last call at 10:45 pm)
    TAMO TO GO will be available until 10 pm and 10:30 pm, respectively.  Get TAMO TO GO to your guest room or upon departure;
  • The menu is available via QR code or on TAMO's website;
  • TAMO Terrace is now open for the season with the same operating hours.

    As of May 29th, vaccinated guests may enjoy the property without masks; non-vaccinated guests will be required to wear them.  Similarly, team members that are unvaccinated will wear masks as well.
  • Where is the best place to park?

    Where is the best place to park?
    We are currently offering convenient self-parking in the Seaport Garage, directly beneath the hotel. Valet parking is currently unavailable.  We would suggest parking as close to Row G or H on any level to easily access the elevators to the lobby.

    The Seaport Café is currently open daily for breakfast and lunch from 6:30 am – 1:00 pm serving a variety of grab and go foods. Aura restaurant has reopened, offering a la carte breakfast daily, 7 - 11:30 am.

    In-Room Dining is currently unavailable.  TAMO Bistro + Bar’s complete menu is available for dine-in and take-out, Tuesday - Saturday nights.

    Yes, Keurig coffee makers have returned to our guest rooms and suites.

    Yes, Wave Health & Fitness has reopened and the pool continues to be open.  Wave's hours:

    Monday - Wednesday from 6AM - 7PM
    Thursday from 6AM - 8PM
    Friday from 6AM - 11PM
    Saturday from 7AM - 11PM
    Sunday from 7AM - 5PM
    Members will be allowed access to Wave from 5:30AM onward, Monday - Friday, with their membership card.

Seaport is fully compliant with the opening requirements of both the City of Boston and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. As well, our successful Safe Stay program requires all active employees to go through training before entering the workplace.

    • The hotel's schedule of cleaning and sanitizing has been enhanced and remains in place; this includes all public areas including doorknobs, door frames, handles & railings, elevators and other common touch points every hour;
    • All cleaning products have been approved by the CDC;
    • Touchless hand sanitization dispensers have been added to high traffic areas for both guests and team members. This includes the registration and Concierge desk in the main lobby and entrances to all meeting rooms and restaurants;
    • UVc lighting has been installed in our air ducts to purify the air;
    • Protective glass has been installed at the Registration Desk, Concierge Desk and Seaport Café for safety ;
    • Trash receptacles and hand sanitizer have been placed in each meeting room;
    • Housekeeping maintains cleaning logs for all work completed;
    • Non-vaccinated guests are required to wear masks in all public spaces

    • Seaport has implemented new standards and service approach to buffets, banquets and catering service;
    • Menus have been redesigned to serve a variety of both boxed meals, individually wrapped “ to go” options and creative bento boxes for each meal period;
    • Options include served meals and served stations that allow for individual small plates;
    • Utensils are individually wrapped and condiments are all individually presented to guests;
    • Coffee stations are manned or served tableside for seated guests;
    • Seaport’s service staff follows the strictest guidelines of serving as they do in our restaurants.
