Before You Check In

General Health & Safety
Guest Personal Protective Equipment: Guests are required to wear masks in all public spaces, including restaurants and bars, Seaport Garage, and Wave Health & Fitness, when not exercising.
Seaport Team Members: Team members are monitored for temperature checks with infrared technology prior to the beginning of each shift. Team members are required to wear protective face masks at all times. Gloves will be worn by team members whose responsibilities require them. Every team member has been trained on enhanced hygiene and safety protocols, as well as how to respond and report presumed cases of COVID-19 to the City of Boston Health Department.
CDC Approved Cleaning: The hotel's schedule of cleaning and sanitizing has been enhanced; this includes all public areas including doorknobs, door frames, handles & railings, elevators and other common touch points. All cleaning products have been approved by the CDC. Fogging machines will be deployed to sanitize larger rooms and spaces. A Clorox 360 electrostatic cleaner will be used nightly in all public areas. UVc lighting has been installed in our air ducts to purify the air. Touchless hand sanitization dispensers have been added to high traffic areas for both guests and team members. This includes the Registration Desk in the main lobby and entrances to all meeting rooms and restaurants. Protective glass has been installed at the Registration Desk, in Wave Health & Fitness and the Seaport Café for safety.
Physical Distancing: Seaport's public spaces will be structured to ensure proper social distancing guidelines are followed. Elevators will be restricted to two guests or one family group in the elevator at a time.
Signage: Proper signage will be located throughout the hotel, reminding guests and team members the importance of wearing masks as well as the importance of keeping hands away from their faces and correct handwashing procedures.
Guest Arrival
  • A warm welcome at every turn;
  • Self-parking is available as valet services are temporarily suspended
  • Building access will be through one set of doors located on Seaport Lane
  • Guests are expected to wear face masks while in public areas of hotel
  • Guests must respect social distancing guidelines throughout the property, including elevators
  • We are implementing technology to use mobile phones in place of room keys
  • If you are ill or have flu like symptoms, please do not attempt to check in
In Room Experience
  • The number of guests registered to each floor will be limited
  • Guest rooms will remain vacant for 24 hours after a guest checks out
  • Every guest room has been expertly cleaned and sanitized, over and above our AAA award-winning standards
  • The TV remote has been sanitized by an in-room UVc lightbox, available for guest use
  • Housekeeping will not service rooms while occupied, buy you may call ext. 4340 if needed
  • Personalized package of sanitization wipes and personal sized bottle of hand sanitizer
  • PURE Allergy-Friendly rooms contain an in-room HEPA filter
  • Reusable collateral will be removed from guest rooms and only what is essential remains
  • For in-room-dining, there is only self pick-up; call ext. 4315 to order from our TAMO Bistro + Bar menu
Wave Health & Fitness
  • Wave Health & Fitness will remain closed at this time
  • The pool at Wave is OPEN to guests; please make a reservation to swim. At check-in, you may reserve the time you prefer.
Seaport Garage
  • The Seaport Garage will have one point of entrance from the garage to the hotel lobby; signage will direct guests
  • Garage entry is a touchless process to ensure added safety

Be advised that travelers visiting from certain states are exempt from the Massachusetts COVID-19 Travel Order. All individuals over 18 and unaccompanied minors coming from other states and who do not fall within certain, limited exceptions, must complete the form found on prior to entry into the state.

    You will notice our team is diligently wearing masks.  For the health and safety of all, guests are expected to wear face masks while outside of their rooms.

    We are currently offering convenient self-parking in the Seaport Garage, directly beneath the hotel. Valet parking is currently unavailable.  We would suggest parking as close to Row G or H on any level to easily access the elevators to the lobby.

    The Seaport Café is currently open daily for breakfast and lunch from 6:30 am – 2:00 pm serving a variety of grab and go foods. Aura restaurant is currently closed.

    For our mutual health and safety, In-Room Dining is currently unavailable.  TAMO Bistro + Bar’s complete menu is available for dine-in and take-out, including dining in your room from 5pm - 10pm every day.

    Wave Health & Fitness is currently closed. Wave’s indoor pool is open to guests on a limited basis, Thursday – Sunday.  Due to state social distancing requirements, guests must sign-up for a designated time slot once checked in to use the pool.  Time slots are limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
