Come learn the secret to perfectly roasting vegetables with chef and cookbook author Didi Emmons. Participants will learn three unique roasted vegetable recipes and beautiful festive holiday presentations sure to wow guests.. Replicate what you learn at home for your holiday table!
This class includes:
- Hands-on learning experience.
- Instruction from an experienced, top-notch chef/instructor.
- Recipes to take home.
- A generous sampling of the dishes prepared, to share with fellow students.
