The Seaport Hotel is pleased to provide convenient valet parking for guests and visitors to Boston's Seaport District, with in and out privileges for overnight guests. Our valet will be pleased to assist guests arriving at the front of the hotel, One Seaport Lane, Boston. ***Please note, although the hotel address is 1 Seaport Lane, depending on the GPS or map app, 2 Seaport Lane is the best address to use when entering driving directions***
Hotel guests and visitors may self-park in the Commonwealth Pier Garage, beneath the Seaport Hotel. Please note, there are no in and out privileges when self-parking.
Entrances/exits are located on D Street, B Street, Seaport Boulevard, and Congress Street, and the garage is conveniently near Liberty Wharf and Fort Point. It is one of the closer garages to the Massport Cruise Terminal. The garage provides direct elevator access to the lobbies of Seaport Hotel and Seaport East and West office towers. Avis rental cars are available on property as well. If we can answer any questions you may have about parking, please feel free to contact us.
***For guests arriving on Saturday, July 11th, please be aware that the Sail Boston Parade of Sail will cause small operational and traffic changes.***
For guests arriving, only valet parking will be available on Saturday. Seaport Lane, while normally one-way, will have a two-way traffic flow all day.
To access the hotel that day, please use the following directions:
- From the North: Take I-93 south until exit 16B (Purchase St.). Turn left onto Oliver St/Seaport Blvd. Continue down Seaport Boulevard for multiple lights, and take a right onto B Street. Take the left onto Congress Street. Turn left onto Seaport Lane and you will be directed to the hotel's front entrance.
- From the South: Take I-93 north until exit 16 (Pier 4 Blvd.). Turn right onto Congress Street and then a left onto Seaport Lane. You will be directed to the hotel's front entrance.
- From the East: From the East: Take I-90 E to Pier 4 Blvd. Take exit 135 from I-90 E. Turn right onto Congress Street, and then a left onto Seaport Lane. You will be directed to the hotel's front entrance.
