How are you serving food & beverage safely to meeting attendees?
Seaport has implemented new standards and service approach to buffets, banquets and catering service;
Menus have been redesigned to serve a variety of both boxed meals, individually wrapped " to go" options and creative bento boxes for each meal period;
Social distancing decals will be in place for applicable food stations and bars;
72" tables seat no more than 6 guests socially distanced;
Options include served meals and served stations that allow for individual small plates;
Utensils are individually wrapped and condiments are all individually presented to guests;
Coffee stations are manned or served tableside for seated guests;
Attended stations feature screens;
Seaport's service staff follows the strictest guidelines of serving as they do in our restaurant.
