How will my stay at the Seaport Hotel be different once it reopens?
Seaport's team members have all been trained on enhanced hygiene and safety protocols; all will be wearing masks and following social distancing guidelines. Upon arrival, masks will be available if you need one. Masks are required in public spaces. Guests will find protective glass at the Registration Desk and Concierge Desk for safety. For the safety of guests and team members, valet parking services will not be available however convenient self-parking in our attached underground garage is available. The hotel will have a single point of entry and exit (our main entrance at One Seaport Lane).
Guest rooms will be vacant for 24 hours after a guest checks out. Thorough guestroom sanitization plans, over and above our current AAA award-winning standards, have been implemented. Guests will find in-room hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes in the guest room, and a non-contact door opener will be given at check-in. Daily housekeeping services will not be provided to occupied rooms; services, including towel requests and trash removal, may be requested by phone or text and products fully sanitized. Guest rooms will feature an in-room UVC lightbox, which will sanitize the TV remote and is available for guest use as well. Guests may refer to their in-room TV for details on products and services available.
Initially, the Seaport Café will service breakfast and lunch, 6:30 am - 2 pm. A limited selection of beer & wine is available; for in-room consumption, guests are asked to please pick up at the Seaport Café.
