The Boston Pops and the University of Connecticut's Puppet Arts Program collaborate to bring you an evening of grand symphonic music incorporating imaginative puppet creations of all shapes and sizes. These aren't your kids' toy box hand puppets: Alumni puppeteers have performed in The Lion King, Sesame Street and Avenue Q, to name a few. The show features music and puppetry from Peter and the Wolf as well as well as newly commissioned pieces and classics by Pops favorite Leroy Anderson. Young and old alike will enjoy this imaginative evening at Boston Symphony Hall that promises to delight the senses of sight and sound.
