With our weekly Wine Wednesday, TAMO makes it clear that we have the voracity for a glass or two of a nice vintage. We expand our wine love this week with a special Thursday treat thanks to Santa Cruz’s Bonny Doon Vineyard. Join us and special guest of honor, Bonny Doon founder and “vitizen of the world,” Randall Grahm for a dinner celebrating the Rhone varietals that make his winery so popular.
Graham is a fierce advocate of biodynamic farming and was a pioneer in popularizing the use of screw caps on premium wines. His colorful personality and rants on “ugly duckling grape varietals” are sure to make this a dinner to remember. Get your tickets now, as Seaport Chef Robert Tobin’s four-course menu is certain to be the perfect pairing with glasses of Bonny Doon varietals:
