It's Endless Summer Here at Seaport!
Yes, the end of August is approaching and many families are now in back-to-school mode but it's still summer, and we've got a long holiday weekend coming up! There's still so much to do in Boston and the Seaport District, and to help you keep in a summer state of mind, Seaport has great Labor Day Weekend rates staring at $242 per night.
Families can enjoy the holiday weekend at the Boston Children's Museum and Martin's Park, the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum and more. Friends and families can also enjoy the summer weather with harbor cruises through the Spirit of Boston just across the street from us. Visit www.spiritofboston.com for harbor cruise times and pricing. Your little skippers will automatically become members of our First Mates Club with their First Mates gift backs filled with fun and perhaps just a few snacks!
And if you are looking for a culinary theme weekend may we suggest a tour of the Seaport Districts various South of the Border-inspired restaurants. All are in easy walking distance:
- Rosa Mexicano. Enjoy guacamole made table-side to your specifications! Rosa is on our campus. Visit www.rosamexicano.com
- Temazcal. Enjoy a hand-crafted margarita while overlooking Boston Harbor. Visit www.temazcalcantina.com
- Bartaco. It doesn't have to be Taco Tuesday to enjoy the many great tacos on the menu as well as a variety of other Mexican dishes. Visit bartaco.com
- Lolita. When you walk into Lolita you'll think you're in a cozy cantina in Mexico City or Madrid. Their tequila menu is vast and the food is my sabroso (flavorful). Outdoor seating is available overlooking Fort Point Channel and the Boston skyline.
So while September is coming, summer isn't over. Come check out the fun at the Seaport Hotel and all that the Seaport District has to offer.
