The music may be moving, but the new digs bring a vastly larger lineup! Organizers for Boston Calling announced the springtime music festival’s offerings this morning (the first time the event will be at Allston’s Harvard Athletic Complex instead of City Hall Plaza), and it’s packing twice the punch. You can expect the likes of Chance the Rapper, Mumford & Sons, Tool, and Solange (is it too soon to cross our fingers for a cameo from sister Beyoncé?). In addition to the 45 musical acts (more than double what was offered at City Hall), the festival will include a film experience curated by Harvard’s own and Jackie O. dead-ringer Natalie Portman.
