Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

Serves: 5
1 ½ cups Flour
1 ½ oz. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 Eggs
6 oz. Milk
2 oz. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 oz. Sugar
¾ tsp. Cinnamon
Directions:
1.) Heat deep fryer to 350F. If you don't have one, you can use a pan and a candy thermometer.
2.) Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together, sift and set it aside.
3.) In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk and vanilla extract.
4.) Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
5.) Once the dough is mixed, add the melted butter and mix until combined.
6.) Prepare cinnamon/sugar mix by stirring together the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl
7.) Once the oil reaches 350F, begin scooping the dough into the oil using a small scoop no more then 3/4 ounces in size. Cook for about 3-4 min. Only do 4-5 at a time. You may need to flip them over to brown and cook both sides.
8.) Remove them from fryer or pot and allow to cool for 30 seconds then toss them in the cinnamon/sugar mix
9.) Keep warm in 140F oven or serve immediately
